Argentina Wins Again!

Of course, I know it’s Eid.  A Hail and Hearty Mubarak to all of you celebrating today.  But for some hardened geeks, it’s another opportunity for a new experiment in the kitchen, mixing a new, untried concoction.

We have done Dulce De Leche before, as the flavour is utterly irresistible.  This time we have gone for a Dulce De Leche Fresh Frozen Yogurt.  We made only a small test batch of a couple of litres but let me say; it’s the type of ice cream that, unless someone grabs the bucket and takes it away from my freezer, there may be very little, if any, left at all.  I may be construed as slightly biased, but I give this flavour a Messy 10.

Please give it a try and let us know what you think.  There should be a way to communicate through the comments section below.  That was the idea.  Give it a go, and if it doesn’t work, please let us know by emailing the link at the top of the page.

As for the Dulce De Leche with Sea Salt?  As they used to say back in the day: “It’s a Knockout”.

Eid Greetings to all.y
